JE  WAZIFAHAMU ZIFAHAMU SIFA ZA MWANAMKE ANAYEFAA KUOLEWA?..


Ukiwa kama kijana na mwanaume mwenye ndoto za kupata mke bora katika siku hizi za kisasa za sayansi na teknolijia, tambua kuwa sio kazi nyepesi kuchangua mtu wa kuanza nae uchumba hadi kufikia ndoa yenye furaha ya amani ya moyo. Wanaume wengi wamejikuta katika mkanganyiko mkubwa hasa linapokuja suala la kutafta mchumba au mwenza wa kumuoa na kuanzisha maisha na familia. Kijana wa kiume anaweza kuanzisha uhusiano na msusruru wanawake ila linapokuja suala la kuoa basi lazima kidogo atulize kichwa kwa kuwa ndoa si lelemama kwani ni jukumu ambalo sio la kukurupuka.


Leo nimekuletea hapa baadhi tu ya sifa za masingi ambazo mwanamke anatakiwa awe nazo kama unataka kuoa. Ikumbukwe kuwa mwanamke unayetaka anaweza asiwe na sifa zote unazozitaka ila unashuuriwa kutofuata moyo pekee ili kuwa na maisha ya ndoa yenye upendo na amani. Tuanze moja kwa moja kwa kuzitaja sifa hizi;

  1.  Tabia njema: uzuri wa mwanamke amabye anafaa kuwa mama wa  watoto na familia unapimwa kwa tabia. Hii ina maaana kuwa mwanamke ambaye mwanaume unataka kuingia nae katika ndoa ni sharti awe na tabia njema kwani atakuheshimu na atalea vema watoto. Tumekuwa  tukiona wanaume wana date na wanawake wazuri wazuri wa kila aina ila akitaka kuoa  lazima aangalie yupi ana adabu na tabia njema ili ndoa yake isiwe ya vitimbi. Si maanishi wazuri hawaolewi ila kuwa na tabia njema ni kigezo kikubwa cha mwanamke kuolewa kwahiyo mwanamke  jitahidi kutengeneza tabia yako kuwa njema na ya staha kwa mwanaume ili kujipa nafasi nzuri ya kuolewa.  
  2. Mwanamke mwenye kushika dini, kuna wanawake wengi wazuri sana ila hawashiki dini. Tunaamini kuwa anayaeshika dini huwa na heshima kwa mumewe kwa kuwa hata dini inafundisha hivyo. Japo si wote wanaoshika dini huwa na heshima ila aghalabu wanawake waliolelewa katika dini huwa na hashima sana kwa waume zao. Pia ni rahisi mtu huyu kuwafundisha watoto njia njema na salama katika ulimwengu huu wa kisasa.
  3. Heshima na adabu, hapa hekima inahitajika kujua yupi anaheshima. Ukiwa kama mwanaume na unakuta mwanamke mwenye heshima basi jitahidi kuwa makini kwani wanaweke wengine huigiza tabia ili tu waolewe. Wapo wanawake wazuri kama malaika ila tabia zao ni kama shetani yaani ni wazuri ila hawana hata chembe ya heshima, kuanzia mavazi yake si ya heshima, sijui nguo zimechanika chaninka au nguo za kulalia anavaa mchana na za machana usiku. Kama anashindwa kuwa na heshima hata juu ya mwili wake atakuheshimu wewe mwanaume? So badilika dada yangu ili usiseme ulizaliwa na mikosi huolewi kumbe unajitakia tu.
  4. Anaye vaa kwa staha na heshima; mwanamke avae kwa staha sio anavaa kama mhuni au kahaba fulani hivi. Mwanamke usivae tu kisa fasheni au kwa kuwa fulani kavaa,  au ili uoneshe kuwa una sahpe na vitu kam hivyo. Unavaa nguo mpaka ukipita kwa watu unajistukia mwenyewe? Aina ya nguo hizo zinafanya wanaume watamani na wengine wanaweza kujua ni mhuni kupitia tu nguo ulizo vaa hata kama si tabia yako. Usiseme unavaa kuendana na wakati. Mwanamke anayevaa nguo ambazo hazimpi uhuru akitembea hawezi kuwa mwanamke bora kama mke wako. Mwanaume unamnunulia mchumba vinguo vya ajabu akivaa na kupita mtaani wahuni wanamtamani  wanamtongoza na hawezi kukataa. Usilalamike chanzo ni wewe.

Suala la maadili  ni muhimu mno  katika mavazi, SIKUHIZI MWANAMKE AKIVAA STARA ATAITWA MSHAMBA NA AMEPITWA NA WAKATI. LAKINI AKIVAA NUSU UCHI ATAITWA MTOTO MKALI wa mjini.  Mimi siamini kama ili mwanamke aonekane mrembo zaidi ni lazima avae nusu uchi. Wakati huohuo asilimia kubwa ya wanawake walio olewa ni wale wanaojisitiri vema!!

5: Anayependa na kuwaheshimu wazazi, ni wajibu wa mwanamke kuwapenda wazazi wake na wa upande wa kiume. Unadate na binti unakuta hata wazazii wake hawapendi na hata wakwako hawapendi wala kuwa heshimu, huyo ni jipu muache kwani ipo siku mama atakuja kukutembelea badala ya kupikiwa atamgeuza mamamkwe housegirl. Acheni heshima za kinafiki.

6: Awe na mapenzi ya dhati na anayejua kupenda, wengi wameumi sana kwa kupenda au kupenda kisa mtu anakitu Fulani aidha fedha au mali. Kumbuka furaha na upendo wa kweli hautokani na mali au pesa, mwamke asikupendea kwa kuwa una pesa au wewe ni meneja, ukifirisika lazima uone dunia kama kuzimu vile.  Ewe binti usimpende mtu sababu ya pesa au uatajiri kwani hivi vitu vinapita, jali utu na thamni ya mtu si mali au cheo chake. Kuna watu wnapesa ila ndoa zao ni machungu mnoo..bora maskini anayepata upendo kuliko tajiri mwenye machungu ya moyo.

7: Kauli njema  na za adabu, chunguza  kauli zake je za kutia moyo au kukatisha tamaa? Yaani awe mtu wa kukutia moyo wewe mwanaume,  anakuongelesha kwa heshima sio anakuwa mkali kama askari wa zamu wa jeshii la zimamoto. Ndio maana mwanaume alioa akiwa bonge gafla anaconda na kuwa kma mbu wa kiangazi, kauli zinafanya wanaume wanakimbia uhusiano, utasikia naenda kwa Jeni rafiki yako, yes ataenda kwa kuwa wewe hujui kuongea na mpenzi wako vizuri. Binti ichunge kila kauli uitoaye pindi uwapo  na boyfriend au mchumba wako.

8: Mwenye malengo na mtazamo wa kimaendeleo, siku hizi wnawake wameamka sana wanapenda kuendeleo,  awe mtu mwenye mipango ya mbele ya namna ya kuendesha familia na kufanikiwa, awe anashirikiana nawe katika kutekeleza miapngo ya maendeleo na si kung’ang’ania nywele na mawigi ya  elfu 70 wakati mnaishi nyumba ya kupanga, huyo mwogope kama ukoma.

9: Asiwe mtu wa makundi sana na starehe, ktk vitu vinavyofanya mwanamke akakosa adabu ni makundi. hatukatai kila mtu anazungukwa na watu ila makundi mengine yanabomoa, utasikia “we mjinga mwanaume mmoja pekee atakusaidia nini”. Kuwa makini na makundi ambayo mchumba au boy/girlfriend anaishi nayo. Kuna wanawake vichwa vyao vyawaza kubomoa uhusiano wa wengine, wanawaza pombe, mziki, starehe na kulewa, hayo makundi yaogope kama ukoma.


10: Asiyependa kuiga, utasikia “beby nataka simu kama ya Mwajuma ile Iphone 7”  au si jui gauni la Angel. unajua boyfriend wako hana uwezo ila unaiga kwakuwa fulani anayo, huo ni ujinga. Mwanaume muepuke mara moja binti kama huyu kwani ipo siku utashindwa kumnunulia na atakuacha. Mwanamke bora haigi kila kitu…

 11. Asojivunia uzuri wake, mwanaume unakutana binti kauli zake tu ni kukutishia eti mzuri mi sana! Mimi nasemaga hata Cleopatra alikuwa mzuri ila alimtii mumewe, wewe nani hata ujidai na uzuri wako? Uzuri huo ni nini? Eti nina kiuno! Sio kweli kabisa, Ndio maana kuna mwanasaikolijia alisema mwanaume ukitaka kuishi kwa stress “oa mzuri sana”  simaanishi usiwe na mwanamke mzuri ila asiwe wa kujivunia uzuri wake. Waswahili wana sema “kama Mzuri Olewa” so usipende sana kutumia uzuri kama silaha okay…

12: Anasikiliza na kukutii, mwanamke bora huwa anakuwa msikilizaji, anahoji vizuri na kwa utulivu, sasa unakuta mtu ni  mchumba tu hata hujamaliza ulicholikuwa unaongea kasha dakia, majibu ya ovyoovyo, hiyo ndoa lazima iwe ya kibondia na kwa wenye miili midogo kama yangu utakonda bure ufe uache wazazi na watoto...

13: Usafi, kiufupi wanawake wameumbwa na hulka ya usafi, awe mtu wa kupangilia vitu vizuri anavaa kwa unadhifu kiasi hata ukitembea nae njiani huogopi kumtambulisha. Usafi huu ni wa ndani na nje, kumbuka mwili wa mwanamke ni tofauti na wa kiume, km hapendi usafi saa hizi na hamna watoto itakuwaje majukumu yakiongezeka? Ndio pale unampeleka rafiki yako kwako na kukutana na viatu juu ya meza….

14: Asiwe mtu wa ugomvi, tuanaamini kuwa mwanamke aliumbwa mpole na mnyeynyekevu, awe angalau mtu wa kushuka hata ukimkosea, ili kwa kinywa chake asiharibu ndoa na uhusiano. Unakuta mwanamke mgovi kitu kidogo tu maneno mengi mpaka mtaa wa  tatu wanasikia. Hapa mwanamke ujue una lazimisha mwanaume atafute kimada anayejua kutuliza kinywa chake!.

15: Mchapa kazi, simaanishi awe ameajiriwa au awe na kazi ila namanisha anayewza kutimiza majukumu yake vizuri na kwa wakati. Sio unamnunulia mboga mapema, unarudi kazini unakutahata vyombo vya jana hajaosha na kupika hajapika. Mwanamke usiwe mtu wa kupangiwa majukumu jiongeze, ukiona nguo chafu fua, usisubiri kuambiwa. Ukitekeleza majukumu vizuri lazima upendwe tu….

16. Mdomo wa heshima,  mwanamke mpenda maneno mengi si vema ukawa nae makini,  i mean chaumbeya,  hapa jua kutofautisha kati ya muongeaji na maneno mengi..

Kenya election result: William Ruto wins presidential poll

Deputy President William Ruto has won Kenya's presidential election, the electoral commission chairman has said, amid dramatic scenes.


He narrowly beat his rival, Raila Odinga, taking 50.4% of the vote.


The announcement was delayed amid scuffles and allegations of vote-rigging by Mr Odinga's campaign.


Four of the seven members of the electoral commission refused to endorse the announcement, saying the results were "opaque".



"We cannot take ownership of the result that is going to be announced because of the opaque nature of this last phase of the general election," said Juliana Cherera, the vice-chairperson of Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC)


"We are going to give a comprehensive statement... and again we urge Kenyans to keep calm. There is an open door that people can go to court and the rule of law will prevail," she sai


Mr Odinga's party agent earlier alleged that there were "irregularities" and "mismanagement" in the electio


This was the first time Mr Ruto, 55, had run for president. He has served as deputy president for 10 years, but fell out with President Uhuru Kenyatta, who backed Mr Odinga to succeed hi

Attending for the job interview is so stressing. No one knows what exactly the bosses and managers need to know from the job seekers. Interview sometimes is so stressing to the extent that some people might feel very bad. 

Today, we will learn together most occuring interview questions and the way to answer them. In this blog post, I will share to you exhaustively how to answer most frequently asked questions in the interview.


If you are the one preparing for the interview, calm down. Be cool, relax and take some coffee cup while reading this helpful blog post.  Keep in your mind that an interview have no formal rule. Companies and institution varies on the way they find their new employees.

Share your experience, skills and knowledge that directly relates with work you're asking for. Also personal talents and exceptional skills you possess may add value to the company or institution. Remember there might be thousands or hundreds of graduates doing Interview for the same position so how you answer here might define you as the best candidate for the job position.

Talk about what you want/ wish to attain in your job both short and long term goals

Better you describe what you will do so as to achieve long term and short term goals of the institution or company. It's very better to do research on the short and long term goals of the company or institution.
5: Qn: Why do you want to work with our company/institution!?
Answer 

Simply tell them why you think their company is so special in a way that it attracts you to work there 

Also tell how your carrer suits the company in a sense that they should hire you. 


6: Qn: What are your weaknesses!? 
 
No one who is free from weakness as human being is concerned, talk areas where you think you’re weak and how you struggle to make sure you correct your weaknesses, eg if your get anger easily what do you do so as to avoid the situation!?

People go silly here and talk about expecting salaries and other benefits they expect from the job.

Don’t think only about salary! Talk about how general you expect to improve in your career and personal development as well as improving company or institution status-quo. 

11: Qn How long would you expect to work for us if hired!?
Answer
Do not  mention years or months instead tell them that you can work as long as you can till you find some professional challenges! That is when you will need to shift or go for further professional studies. That's how will credit yourself as the long run employee.


12: Qn : How do you see yourself 5 years from now!?

Hopefully, tell them probably you will become one among the top managers or leaders of the company or institution! This is brave answer because it shows how much you're confident about the work.

13: Qn Describe your management style!!?

Here, you are supposed/required to explain how you going to manage your activities within a given time. Any job requires employees who can be able to manage and perfectly execute their task while rendering the best service or results.
Also, talk how you are going to dive yourself in the team work in order to achieve company's goal, mission and vision.

14: Qn: What are your salary requirements!?

This is tricky question. Don’t rush to mention to huge sums of money! State that they should pay you according to salary scale of company or institution and on level of your career! People just find themselves mentioning huge amounts.
15: Qn Do you have any questions to ask me!?

Panelist will require you to ask questions if you have! Don't be quiet or shy.. something like that. Give a words of thanks for giving you chance to attend the interview. Simply ask when you will join to start working. Also you may ask any other question that are relevant.
